A PowerPoint slide deck and a corresponding PDF have been created to be a resource developed from cohort 8 and 9 teaching materials from the Practice in Transformative Action (PiTA) program. It is freely available to all as well as to graduates of the PiTA program. Practice in Transformative Action is a yearlong program of secular mindfulness training for social justice activists from the East Bay Meditation Center (EBMC). The PowerPoint slide deck contains links to instructional videos in mindfulness meditation practices, which are geared to address justice movement work, including disability justice.
