Be like hollow bone….allowing and transforming .. all that passes through
While the Buddha acknowledged the aging and impermanent nature of the body, he also affirmed the body as a gateway for awakening. In our gathering, we will offer moving and stationary meditation, small group sharing, and dharma teachings to embody healing, resilience and joy. We will explore how to cultivate equanimity in the face of illness and trauma and offer loving-kindness and compassion to our ever-changing, imperfect bodies. All bodies and genders welcome. Please bring a personal object that represents your current or aspirational relationship with your body.
