Be a light unto yourself —Buddha
This half-day is part of the original medicine series braiding Buddhist perspective with indigenous wisdom. We will practice together through a morning of silence, reflection and honoring the authentic self.
We will bridge mindfulness with cultivation of a meaningful connection with nature. As we move towards the fall season, let us investigate what is calling us to change and to let go of what no longer serve us. By creating sacred intention every day we develop a relationship with the great mystery of life.
