The BIPOC Write Action Deep Refuge Group gathers throughout the year to pause, ground ourselves and practice writing as a form of creative self-expression and mindful reflection. Modeled on the EBMC Daylong event, the exercises are guided by prompts and participants are welcomed, but not required, to share their work with the group.
The Write Action Group is peer-led and members take turns facilitating and offering guiding prompts for each meeting. Join us! Please email for more information: bipocwriteactiongroup@eastbaymeditation.org
