Is there something foundationally missing in your life if you are not in an intimate relationship? How can we cultivate equanimity, and self-love, when we are single – not by our own choice? In this half-day workshop, we will use movement, meditation, and sharing to explore the relationships, conditions, and environments that affect our most important relationship …the one with ourselves. All singles, including beginners in meditation, are welcome!

Cost: There is no registration fee for attending this event, nor most EBMC events. However, EBMC is not independently funded.
