While this year of pandemic has been disruptive and challenging in many ways, it has also created an opening, a space for greater awareness and urgency around issues of racial harm.

As white people, especially those of us with class privilege, this can be both upsetting and overwhelming. Our compassionate nature registers the suffering, yet our confusion makes it difficult to know what to do.

In this workshop, we offer brief talks, group discussion, reflection and time for Q&A to explore these states of distress, and examine how to move from the overwhelm, confusion, guilt, uncertainty and isolation to the joyful practice of compassion, fueled by the energy of the Bodhisattva vow.

🙏🏽 Thanks to you, our generous Sangha, we have been able to reach our end-of-year fundraising goal!

✨During our Season of Gratitude, we featured some truly heartwarming Gratitude Stories from Sangha members and raised $33,704! We bow to your generosity and support.

✨If you wanted to give but haven't had a chance yet, there is still time, and now there is an added bonus: Because of the generosity of our Sangha, we only need to raise $1,296 to reach a S-T-R-E-T-C-H goal of $35,000! Please give this week to help us begin 2021 with abundance! Link in bio.

🌸✨We end our Season of Gratitude with sweet words from Antoinette González, a member of POC Sangha and the LSangha (Board). Read Antoinette's full story on the website!

This group is open to all self-identified white people who have a regular meditation practice and are working towards racial justice. In each meeting we will work with a skill from dharma practice to undo a habit of white supremacy culture. This month's topic: perfectionism.
