Daily we encounter crossroads where difficult choices must be made in order to live with dignity and wellbeing. Courage, compassion, and clarity are qualities required to joyfully walk the path of peace. Metta, the practice of Lovingkindness, transforms the heart into a sanctuary that fortifies us to stay fully engaged with the tumultuous waters of life. During this daylong we will practice the four postures of meditation — sitting, standing, walking, and laying down. Through meditation and inner reflection we will cultivate an intimacy with peace and ease in the body, mind, and heart as foundations for strength and resiliency.
