As we deepen our practice, we come to understand the importance of our bodies in the profound perception that allows us to discover and connect with our Buddha Nature, dissolving the dualisms imposed on us by cultures of domination. Join us for a bilingual / bicultural experience of meditation, mindful movement, and interactive activities, to help co-create the healing that comes from the direct knowing of our wholeness.
