How can meditation help us navigate these challenging times? The Buddha’s teachings on mindfulness and loving kindness point the way toward a freedom and peace that is built from the inside out and can become a home we carry with us. This day of practice will introduce Buddhist mindfulness and heart practices as a coming home to ourselves, adapted for these times of trauma and uncertainty. Come explore these beloved wisdom and compassion practices as a path to increased connection with ourselves and others. We will start at the beginning, with simple and accessible practices, including still and moving meditation.
