ABC (All Bodies Centering) Yoga

A new weekly mindful movement class with Melvin Escobar

Wednesdays
5:15 - 6:30 pm

All Bodies Centering (ABC) is an all-levels Raja Yoga class that will explore the intersections of Yogic, Buddhist and other wisdom teachings to cultivate mindfulness through movement.

Raja Yoga is the yoga of mindfulness. The poses and breathing techniques of Raja Yoga were originally developed as techniques to prepare the body and mind for meditation.

In addition to the many benefits of the practice of Yoga for both body and mind, the gentle offerings included in this class will help you connect with your true self - with your own eternal source of love and compassion, fearlessness and freedom, joy and peace.

No registration required. No mat or special clothes required--every body welcomed!

Cost: The teachings are regarded as priceless. So they are offered without a fee. You are invited to support the teachings and our efforts by making voluntary donations (the practice of “Dana”) for the expenses of the meditation center and the support of the teachers.

In order to protect the health of community members with environmental illness, please do not wear fragranced products (including “natural” fragrances) or clothes laundered in fragranced products to EBMC.
